Changed your mind?
Return it unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Just make sure it's sealed and in its original packaging.
Opened it and not happy?
If you've tried it and it isn't working for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Our products go directly on your skin and lips, so we can't resell anything that has been opened or used, even once. For everyone's safety and hygiene, opened returns are disposed of responsibly. If you're not sure you'll keep it, leave it sealed and we can refund you quickly with no fuss.
